About You
As an Intern – Project Management, CBO Office, you will work closely with the Assistant Project Manager and the Chief Business Officer’s (CBO) Office to support ongoing projects, executive reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to gain exposure to project management, business operations, and the automotive industry at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare clear and professional presentations, reports, and materials for senior management and townhall meetings.
● Support the follow-up of GIA (Group Internal Audit) observations and action plans across multiple business units.
● Maintain and update Google Sheets dashboards, applying formulas and creating visualizations to track project progress.
● Conduct research on automotive market trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
● Assist in ad-hoc projects and cross-department initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
● Support cross-functional and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), with working knowledge of formulas and data presentation in Sheets.
● Basic financial literacy and comfort with numbers.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up on tasks.
● Able to work independently with guidance in a fast-paced environment.
● Interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
