About You

Your primary responsibility of Executive, Outbound Telesales is to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about Company service using scripts
  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the relevant department
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Able to multitask and work over time when required

  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

  • The ability to handle rejection stress in soliciting customers.
  • Required skill(s): Telesales.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma
  • Willing to work in Kelana Jaya, Selangor.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
