About the Internship

We are looking for a TVET Program Development Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure in vocational education and training. In this role, you will support the development of TVET programs aligned with JPK (Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran) and industry requirements. This internship offers valuable experience in curriculum development, assessment planning, and compliance within the TVET ecosystem.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Program Development Support
  • Assist in the development and review of vocational training programs in line with JPK (SLDN, SLABP, PPT) and TVET guidelines.
  • Support curriculum alignment with industry standards and learner needs.
  • Conduct basic research on industry trends, skill requirements, and emerging technologies.
  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams and industry partners to gather inputs on workforce needs.
  • Assessment & Certification Support
  • Assist in preparing assessment materials and tools to measure learner competencies.
  • Support the documentation and organisation of assessment and certification processes.
  • Help ensure assessment methods follow basic principles of fairness and validity.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
  • Assist in preparing materials for accreditation, audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Help organise records to ensure transparency and accessibility for internal and external reviews.

Your Know-How

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Education, TVET, Human Resources, Engineering, Automotive, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in TVET and JPK frameworks (SLDN, SLABP, PPT).
  • Willingness to learn about curriculum development, assessments, and accreditation processes.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with documentation and reports.
  • Able to collaborate well with different stakeholders.

Added Advantage

  • Exposure to TVET, education, or training environments.
  • Interest or background in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for documentation.
