This position is responsible for planning, organizing and managing all operational’s cost, for managing the inventory & logistics cost function and maintaining standard of all responsible areas.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide analysis of operational consumption to handle inventory & logistics as accurately as possible.
  • Maintain & Analyze all inventory & logistics costs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and making recommendation of alternatives on cost savings.
  • Establish and maintain a database for inventory & logistics stock including up-to-date pricing.
  • Coordinate, attend and monitor all inventory & logistics physical inventories movement to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure proper documentation storage and issuance of all inventory & logistics items.
  • Establish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system for inventory & logistics to the various departments.
  • Assist management in operational costing in order to establish inventory & logistics proper process flow.
  • Carry out audit spot-checks on the inventory & logistics stock-takes
  • Account and monitor for any inventory & logistics transfer.

You Know-How

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistic management & supply chain and any related field.
  • Responsible in doing task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
