Whay you'll do:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Explain company products, services, and processes clearly to customers.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth customer experience and maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly telesales targets set by the company.
  • Focuses on daily case to case resolutions and customer complaints, queries and feedback escalations
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless handover of customers.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company program.

What we'll see:

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both verbal and written form.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Willingness to work in shifts or weekends if required.
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude.
