Customer Service (Telesales)
Whay you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain company products, services, and processes clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth customer experience and maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly telesales targets set by the company.
- Focuses on daily case to case resolutions and customer complaints, queries and feedback escalations
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless handover of customers.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company program.
What we'll see:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both verbal and written form.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to work in shifts or weekends if required.
- A positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude.
