- Recommend strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce aging stock.
- Advise on stock sourcing, mix optimization, and disposal channel selection (retail, auction, trade-ins).
- Collaborate with the ops team to implement inventory governance and performance tracking.

3. Refurbishment Process Optimization
- Advise on cost-effective refurbishment standards—what to repair, replace, or omit to balance cost and salability.
- Help develop vehicle grading and conditioning guidelines to speed up time-to-sale.
- Work with relevant teams to control quotation processes and minimize value leakage.

4. Inspection & Quality Assurance Improvement
- Review and enhance vehicle inspection protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and customer trust.
- Recommend tools, training, or technology to improve inspection efficiency and defect detection.
- Support the development of standardized condition assessment reports.

5. Dealer & Marketplace Engagement
- Share insights into used car dealer behaviors, operational models, and partnership opportunities.
- Advise on trade-in process design, dealer onboarding, and compliance with JPJ/regulatory requirements.
