About You
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Retail & POSM Designer to bring CARSOME’s brand to life across our physical touchpoints. In this role, you’ll design impactful in-store visuals, POSM materials, and retail environments that enhance customer experience and drive engagement. You have a strong eye for layout, space, and branding, and enjoy seeing your designs come to life on-ground. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take pride in producing high-quality, execution-ready work.
Your Day-to-Day
- Retail & POSM Design: Design a wide range of retail and POSM materials including storefront visuals, signage, hoardings, banners, standees, window displays, decals, and event collateral.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are aligned with CARSOME’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all retail touchpoints.
- End-to-End Execution: Prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy in sizing, materials, and specifications for print and fabrication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with retail marketing, project leads, and external vendors to ensure designs are practical, effective, and delivered on time.
- Retail Experience Thinking: Understand customer flow and retail environments to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also functional and engaging.
- Adaptation & Optimization: Adapt designs across different formats, outlets, and campaigns while maintaining quality and impact.
- Task Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail under tight timelines.
Your Know-How
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, retail design, or POSM design, preferably in retail, agency, or marketing environments.
- Design Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in artwork preparation, proofing, and production accuracy.
- Practical Mindset: Good understanding of print production, materials, and fabrication processes.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working across multiple campaigns, formats, and timelines.
- Retail Exposure (Bonus): Experience designing for automotive, retail, or large-format environments using AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Familiarity or hands-on experience withAI tools for creative design or content generation (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Experience in event design or exhibition booth.
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
