About You

As a Creative Multimedia Designer, you are a visual storyteller with a strong foundation in design and an adaptable skill set that spans across video production, content creation, and multimedia execution. You have a passion for creating visually impactful designs, but you’re equally comfortable behind the camera, planning and producing short-form videos or branded content. With a blend of creative direction, technical knowledge, and hands-on execution, you bring campaigns to life through stunning visuals, engaging videos, and platform-ready content. This hybrid role calls for someone who is organized, resourceful, and thrives on creative variety—from designing key visuals to shooting and editing brand videos.

Your Day-to-Day

● Design high-quality visual assets across a wide range of platforms including social media,
websites, digital ads, and printed materials.
● Collaborate closely with the brand, marketing, and content teams to bring creative ideas to life
from concept to execution.
● Create engaging multimedia content tailored to each platform’s best practices (IG, TikTok,
YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
● Develop templates and reusable assets to streamline visual content production across
campaigns.
● Plan, produce, and shoot in-house video content—interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, product
features, and brand storytelling pieces.
● Manage equipment and production logistics, ensuring quality output from pre- to post-production.
● Stay updated with design and video trends to keep the brand visually relevant and competitive.

Your Know-How
● Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and multimedia work (social content, brand visuals,
motion, and video samples).
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with strong skills in Premiere Pro and
After Effects.
● Comfortable managing creative timelines, juggling priorities, and working both independently and
collaboratively.
● Experience creating short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and
LinkedIn.
● Knowledge of aspect ratios, video formatting, compression, and platform specs.
● Hands-on experience in shooting video content, including framing, lighting, and basic sound
recording.
● Skilled in editing and producing short-form and mid-form videos with a strong sense of storytelling
and pacing.
● Ability to adapt visual content for multiple platforms and formats, including vertical and horizontal
video.
● Familiarity with camera gear, lighting setups, and content planning tools is a plus.

● Bonus: knowledge of photography, animation, or 3D tools.
