About You

CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Team Lead, Key Administrative This position will report to the Head of Inventory (CCL) at CARSOME, working closely with other sub-department in supply chain to improve the operation efficiency.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Supervise and lead the team responsible for managing car keys.
  • Assign tasks to team members for efficient workflow.
  • Train and support team members to maintain high performance.
  • Ensure all car keys are labelled and stored securely.
  • Keep car keys organized for easy access.
  • Implement and monitor processes for tracking car key and vehicle locations.
  • Verify car keys against their corresponding cars.
  • Maintain accurate records of car key movements.
  • Prepare reports on car key usage and movement.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks with other stakeholders.
  • Manage appointments and logistics schedules.
  • Securely store all documents and spare keys.
  • Continuously improve processes for better efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports.
  • Attend meeting with reporting line and with other stakeholders
  • Plan for team rostering schedule

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
  • Minimum 2 years working experience but not limited to.
  • Experience working with administrative management.
  • Proven experience as administrative performance
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Product and inventory management certification a plus
  • Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned
  • Computer literacy, especially having good knowledge and carry out the works in excel
