About You

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in supporting CARSOME’s hiring goals by identifying, engaging, and securing the right talent. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract top candidates through strategic sourcing, seamless processes, and an exceptional candidate experience. Your Day-to-Day

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer management.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Proactive Sourcing: Independently source and engage top talent through various platforms, building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a smooth and engaging recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the CARSOME brand.

  • Recruitment Reporting: Provide regular updates and data-driven insights on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.

  • Strong experience in corporate hiring, with a focus on mid- to senior-level positions.

  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.

  • Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.

  • Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, and time management skills.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset.
