About You

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our People Services (HR) team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while contributing to critical tasks that support employee lifecycle management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Services (HR) team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
  • Maintain and organize employee records (both softcopy and hardcopy) for existing employees and resignees to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
  • Assist with LHDN stamping and other statutory documentation processes.
  • Support benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment, changes, and documentation.
  • Assist in filing, sorting, and archiving employee-related documents.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Google Suite is an added advantage
