Your Day-to-Day
- Supporting the People Services (HR) team in various administrative tasks.
- Assisting with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
- Helping to maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Assisting with HRIS data entry and updates.
- Assisting with benefits administration tasks, including enrollment and changes.
- Providing general support to the People Services team with day-to-day operations.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Your Know-How
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
