Transactional Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute daily purchase transaction processes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Input and maintain accurate sales data and cash flow records.
- Review and verify reimbursement documentation submitted by the Operations team.
- Register and maintain new dealer information in the Company system.
- Prepare and deliver daily and monthly operational reports.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards for performance tracking and business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transactional workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in transactional processing, finance operations, or data analysis (automotive industry experience is an advantage).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization).
- Hands-on experience in data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and transactions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
