Brief Summary
CARSOME is the largest integrated car e-commerce platform in South East Asia offering end-to-end automotive solutions, from car discovery, buying, selling, listing, financing, insurance, servicing and repairs, to automotive TVET education.
The Corporate Affairs team is the touch point between CARSOME and all relevant external stakeholders such as Government and Business stakeholders. The Executive, Corporate Affairs role is responsible to support the Regional Director of Corporate Affairs in the execution and implementation of strategies to:
(1) build, maintain, and enhance CARSOME’s network with relevant Government and Business stakeholders
(2) identify potential areas of partnership between CARSOME and the Government/ Business Stakeholders and to coordinate the partnerships
(3) remove bottlenecks to growth for CARSOME by engaging relevant regulatory stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
Your Day-to-Day
Be the bridge between key Government and Business stakeholders and CARSOME. Also responsible for coordinating, executing, and implementing key partnerships/ projects with Government and Business stakeholders. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
(1) build and enhance CARSOME’s relationship with relevant Government and Business stakeholders
Help to identify, arrange, and coordinate visits/ tours/ meetings/ engagements between Carsome and key Government /
Business stakeholders such as CEOs, C-levels, Senior Executives, Ministers, senior civil servants, heads of agencies, regulatory bodies, and etc.
(2) identify potential areas of partnership between CARSOME and the Government / Business Stakeholders and to manage/coordinate the partnerships
This may include, but is not limited to, identifying, proposing, and coordinating the application and implementation of relevant Government / Business partnerships. Also to follow up periodically and track the status of partnerships in progress.
(3) remove bottlenecks to growth for CARSOME by engaging relevant regulatory stakeholders
