About You
We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Events Assistant Manager to join our Marketing team at CARSOME. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a wide range of internal and external events that amplify our brand presence and customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering memorable experiences.
Your Day-to-Day
● Plan, coordinate, and execute events across various scales—from internal activations and media launches to large-scale roadshows and customer-facing events.
● Work closely with the Manager, Marketing, and cross-functional teams (including Retail, Commercial, and Customer Experience) to align event objectives with business goals.
● Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, scheduling, permit applications, and post-event reporting.
● Develop creative event concepts and engagement strategies that elevate brand perception and drive footfall or participation.
● Collaborate with content, design, and social media teams to develop pre-event buzz and post-event amplification.
● Manage inventory and production of event collaterals, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Monitor and track event KPIs, compiling insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
● Maintain a database of vendors, partners, and venues to streamline event execution and negotiations.
Your Know-How
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
● Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders and vendors effectively.
● A creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
● Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, as required by event schedules.
● Familiarity with event management tools and platforms is an added advantage
