Carsome is looking for a qualified Branch Finance Admin to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales team.
- In charge of collect payment from clients who buy cars (Booking and Down Payment)
- Communicate with persons from bank and credit company and help clients with loan application and loan collection
- Handling petty cash
- Preparing on the Vehicle Sales Order, Insurance quotations, Invoice, Vehicle delivery order and other relevant documents
- Updating records in CMS and sales report
- Managing registration of car keys, trade plate and parking cards
- Preferably Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in any disciplines or SPM/ O-Level with relevant experience
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Sales Admin in automotive industry.
- Good in communication skills & teamwork
- Strong in administrative skill
