CARSOME is looking for a driven and analytical Spare Parts Operation Manager to play a key role in optimizing our inventory management and ensuring efficient service delivery. Your Day-to-Day
- Quarterly review of obsolescence parts and recommend appropriate actions to minimize any financial risk.
- Handling request parts from CSC and ASC branches.
- Handling calls from CSC/ASC Manager's and Service Consultant on spare parts matters e.g., identify part number, price, availability and providing alternative solution if necessary
- Manage spare parts operations,stock take and audit issues.
- Inventory management,analyze parts demand pattern to ensure efficient service level, fill rate efficiency, reordering strategy, stock aging and month of supply.
- Parts pricing strategy,annual pricing revision with consideration against cost, market demand and competition.
- Monthly sales performance reporting
- Additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
