About you
We are looking for a Human Capital Development Intern to support our HCD team in delivering learning, training, and capability-building initiatives across the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to both training operations and e-learning development, offering interns practical experience in how structured learning supports performance and business outcomes. This internship is suitable for individuals who are curious about people development and want real exposure to HCD work in a professional environment.
Your Day-to-day
- Support the planning and coordination of training programs and workshops.
- Assist in the development and upkeep of e-learning materials, including content structuring, basic design support, and LMS uploads.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, guides, and documentation.
- Assist with training feedback collection and basic data consolidation.
- Support internal communications related to learning initiatives.
- Participate in project discussions, reviews, and post-training debriefs.
- Provide administrative and project support to ongoing HCD initiatives.
Your Know-How
- Strong English language skills and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, Education, or related fields.
- Strong interest in learning & development / human capital development.
- Comfortable working with presentation slides, documents, and digital tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and take ownership of tasks.
- Basic knowledge of e-learning tools or LMS platforms is an advantage, but not required
