About You
We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our operations by efficiently managing record and transfer processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording and maintaining RC tracking listings, processing RC transfer requests, and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of all related requirements.
Your Day-to-Day
- To record and maintain the RC tracking listing
- To support and perform all the RC transfer request
- To perform filtration on the requirement fulfillment before performing RC courier
- To liaise with internal parties on all the required action on RC courier
- To obtain and safekeeping on all relevant supporting documents of the RC courier request
- To provide the relevant documents or information as per request from the internal parties.
Your Know-How
- Minimum of 1 years in Administration related experience, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous in paperwork
- Great attitude and willing to learn
- Pleasant personality
