Key Responsibilites:

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging and relevant content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.) for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, automotive industry news, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, and design teams to deliver consistent messaging and visuals.
  • Manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare monthly reports and insights on social media performance.

Requirements::

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Experience in managing paid social ads is a plus.
  • Developing new traffic sources through referral & social media
  • Passion for automotive industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
