You will be responsible in assisting the invoice process and gatekeeping process for vehicle purchasing and collection. To be successful in this role, you should be able to verify the completion of essential documents and captured in our system.
Your Day To Day
- Managing the invoice process, including receiving and verifying invoices.
- Conducting regular data cleaning and overseeing the gatekeeping process for vehicle purchasing and collection.
- Ensuring accurate updates of vehicle movements and transactions in both the tracking file and the system.
- Utilizing a biometric device to capture thumbprints for secure vehicle ownership transfer through EAuto.
- Verifying the completion and uploading of essential documents like the Registration Card (RC), cash invoice, and related files to the CMS.
- Engaging in daily coordination with the Finance and Dealer Admin Teams using ERP/Dingtalk/TC platforms for each successful transaction.
- Guaranteeing that every purchased vehicle meets specified criteria, including no frame damage, no history of flooding, no report discrepancies, and no BER (Beyond Economical Repair) record.
- Regularly communicating with service centers to conduct vehicle warranty checks.
You Know- How
- Must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in automotive or related industry Fresh
- Graduate are welcome to apply
- Advance skill (Excel, Word and Power Point) of computer literacy
- Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be a plus point.
