About You

In this role you will support the GM (dotted reporting to Branch Manager) to achieve sales target

Your Day-to-Day

  • Supporting/assisting the GM on:-
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries via walk-in, website, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Engage with customers to recommend a EV Bike that best meets their needs using your knowledge of CARSOME products and services.
  • Deliver customer expectations and enhance customer experience at every stage of the buying process; from booking to test-drive and delivery.
  • Build and establish a positive relationship with customers.
  • Complete relevant information and documentation to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Provide after-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Know-How

  • Qualification in SPM / Diploma / Degree (in any discipline).
  • Prior Sales and Customer Service working experience; in the Retail, Hospitality, or Airline industry will be a plus point!
  • Tech-savviness. You can quickly learn new tools and navigate multiple applications!
  • Strong listening skills and a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Ability to work with and through teams to achieve results.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.
  • High level of self-motivation; alongside a positive, can-do attitude!
  • A passion for the work we do and the impact we are making within our industry.
  • An interest in EV bikes or the automotive industry will be EXTRA awesome!
