About You
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across CARSOME’s group ecosystem companies. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, keeping timelines on track, and ensuring smooth delivery across teams. You will work closely with the Marketing Planner to coordinate projects, align priorities, and support execution across brands and functions.
Your Day-to-Day
- Support the Marketing Planner in coordinating group-wide marketing projects across multiple ecosystem companies.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and approvals to ensure initiatives are executed on schedule.
- Assist in maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers, and planning documents.
- Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams such as Brand, Digital, CRM, Retail, Creative, Partnerships, and external vendors.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and track follow-ups and action items.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams on project scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Support campaign and initiative rollouts by coordinating assets, approvals, and handovers between teams.
- Assist with documentation, briefs, presentations, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
- Flag risks, delays, or dependencies early and support the Marketing Planner in resolving issues.
- Help streamline workflows, improve coordination processes, and maintain best practices for project execution.
- Support post-project reviews to capture learnings and improve future planning and delivery.
Your Know-How
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, agency account managing or operations roles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence working across teams and senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, matrix environments.
- Proficient in project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and presentation decks (e.g. Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar).
- Experience supporting cross-brand or group-level initiatives is an added advantage
