About You

The Assistant Manager, Total Rewards will play a key role in supporting the Regional Manager, People Services Delivery &
Rewards by managing data analytics, interpreting insights, and executing benefits strategies. The position ensures the
organization’s total rewards initiatives are data-driven, aligned with business goals, and effectively implemented to attract,
retain, and motivate employees.

Your Day-to-Day

Strategic Analysis and Reporting
o Analyze and interpret compensation and benefits data to uncover insights, trends, and areas for optimization.
o Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and recommend enhancements grounded in data.
o Deliver predictive modeling to assess the impact of proposed changes.
o Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support investment in current and future reward initiatives.


Benefits Strategy & Execution
o Support the design, rollout, and management of employee benefits programs
o Drive awareness and engagement through targeted communication that boosts program participation
o Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant benefits delivery
o Monitor program performance, assess ROI, and recommend improvements for value and cost-effectiveness.

Salary Benchmarking & Job Grading
o Perform regular market benchmarking to maintain competitiveness and internal pay equity.
o Maintain and enhance the job grading framework to reflect organizational evolution and external market trends.
o Provide informed recommendations on pay adjustments aligned with market intelligence, business priorities, and performance.
o Track and analyze market trends in compensation and benefits to inform strategic planning.
o Ensure all total rewards practices comply with local labor laws, tax codes, and internal policies.
o Benchmark total rewards offerings against industry standards to uphold a competitive employer value proposition.

Total Rewards Projects
o Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders for seamless execution.

    Your Know-How

    • Degree in HR, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in total rewards or compensation & benefits.
    • Knowledge in job evaluation, grading, benchmarking, and salary structuring.
    • Familiarity with equity/share-based compensation is a plus.
    • Strong analytical, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
    • High integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability to change.
    • Customer-centric, results-driven, and digital-first mindset.
