Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Finance RPA Expert to join our team. The Finance RPA Expert will play a pivotal role in driving robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives within the Finance department. This position requires deep expertise in finance operations and automation technologies to optimize financial processes through innovative RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. RPA Strategy and Implementation:
• Develop and execute RPA strategies aligned with finance goals to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
2. Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for process automation within finance functions including but not limited to accounts payable, receivable, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
3. Technical Leadership:
• Serve as the subject matter expert on RPA capabilities, providing guidance and mentorship to the team on best practices and implementation methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to RPA development standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
4. Project Management:
• Manage end-to-end RPA projects from feasibility assessment through to implementation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement:
• Monitor RPA performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RPA technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, UiPath certification) preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance operations with a focus on process automation and RPA implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing RPA solutions in a corporate environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
