You will be responsible for supporting & coordinating the implementation of culture and engagement related initiatives throughout the organization. This role is expected to assist in promoting corporate values, create a positive working environment and new hire onboarding. The right candidate should have a go getter attitude and have great interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.

Your Day-to-Day

Onboarding

  • Responsible for assisting in end-to-end implementation of employee onboarding program for new employees in a timely manner (Prepare onboarding kits, coordinate department presentations, sending onboarding surveys,etc).
  • Compile, analyze and maintain Onboarding data collected through Onboarding Survey & continuously improve the Onboarding process.
  • Perform onboarding related administrative tasks.

Engagement

  • Assist, organize, and coordinate employee engagement survey, activities, health & wellness events, company events etc.
  • Support development, implementation, and assessment of strategies and programmes to continuously improve engagement among our employees.
  • Perform engagement related administrative tasks.

Talent Development

  • Conduct research and assist in developing a basic talent management framework for succession planning in CARSOME. Create preliminary report compilation and assist in crafting action plans for People Development.
  • Coordinate the logistics of People Development programs. Track and analyze training data to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform Talent Management and People Development related administrative tasks.

Your Know-How

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Degree in any specialization (Preferably Business/Data related).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
  • Able to work through ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities & needs.
  • Have a “can do” attitude, multitask and are able to propose innovative ideas/solutions.
  • Work independently and is a good team player with effective time management skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Experience in graphic design (eg. Canva) and video editing tools would be an advantage.
