About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern, People & Culture to work directly with our Chief People Officer (CPO). You'll gain invaluable hands-on experience by contributing to strategic HR initiatives that shape our organization's future. If you're eager to learn about the complexities of people strategy at a high level while also mastering the essential analytical and presentation skills, this role is for you.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Directly assist the Chief People Officer with strategic projects and initiatives, gaining insight into high-level HR decision-making and its impact on the business.
  • Dive into the details by preparing comprehensive charts, managing critical HR data, and developing insightful dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the CPO in preparing professional slide presentations for various stakeholders, translating complex data and strategies into clear, impactful visuals.
  • Provide essential support on various HR projects, ensuring the smooth execution of strategic deliverables.
  • Conduct research on best practices, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to support strategic HR planning.

Your Know-How

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Excel (for data management, charts, and basic formulas) and PowerPoint (for creating professional presentations) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prior internship experience in HR or a corporate environment is a plus, but not required.
