About You

The Customer Relations Specialist will work with customers to prepare their application for a hire purchase loan at Carsome Experience Centre. The person will be responsible for interpreting the policies, rules, and regulations of respective financial institutions while gathering necessary data and documents to complete the loan application request.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Guide customers throughout the process of applying for a hire purchase loan
  • Work with customers to prepare applications for hire purchase loan by compiling, organizing, and reviewing all relevant documents
  • Collect data from customers, e.g. salaries, debts, and employment status
  • Examine the completeness and accuracy of loan documentation and inform customers of any additional requirements
  • Verify the information contained in the credit history of customers
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential
  • Remain aware of loan application timeline and keep customers informed from time to time
  • Provide assistance and follow up on customer inquiries as and when required
  • Ensure timeliness of collection and processing of hire purchase loans
  • Ensure the loan submissions are in compliance with the policies and business rules of Carsome Certified
  • Advise customers about the costs and benefits of alternative loan options
  • Understand our business needs and deliver functional and efficient solutions

Your Know-How

  • Must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Hire Purchase Collection or a customer-centric role,
  • Preferably within the banking industry
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to handle confidential data in an ethical and professional manner
  • Able to manage multiple customers simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
