About You

The Senior Executive, Sales Administration is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the

sales administration processes within the organization. This role involves coordinating sales

operations, managing administrative support for the sales team, and ensuring the effective

implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess

strong leadership skills, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of sales

processes.

Your Day-to-Day

Sales Operations Management: Oversee the sales administration function, ensuring

efficient processing of orders, contracts, and customer inquiries.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the sales administration team, fostering a

collaborative and high-performance work environment.

● Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement

best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness within the sales function.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and

recommendations to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and

performance metrics to key stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to

ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring

timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations

related to sales activities.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or related roles, with at least 2

years in a senior position.
