- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Conduct presentations and pitch our business solutions to potential clients.
- Source opportunities from the open market to meet clients' needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling business solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of the services.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Public Sector and Government
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in public sector organizations.
- Participate in government tenders and proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Stay informed about government policies and initiatives to align offerings with their needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales and account management.
- Strong understanding of the public sector and government procurement processes.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving aggressive sales targets.
