About the Role

As the Senior Vice President of Product, you will shape the future of our offerings and lead a world-class product department. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of product management and design, ensuring our products exceed customer expectations and deliver significant business value. You will set the overarching product vision, strategy, and direction for the department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will provide strong leadership, foster collaboration, and drive product excellence across all workstreams. Additionally, you will establish a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence, optimizing delivery methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product development.

Day-to-Day

  • Collaborate with the CTO to define the future of product in the organization, setting the strategic product vision and direction for the product department, aligning it with the company’s business strategy and goals.
  • Develop and implement a robust roadmap prioritization and KPI framework, in partnership with business owners and the steering committee, to drive strategic alignment and maximize the impact of product initiatives.
  • Optimize product delivery methodologies to align with the prioritization framework, ensuring efficient execution and achievement of key business objectives. Establish clear visibility into team capacity and progress through effective use of Jira and Confluence, enabling data-driven resource allocation and proactive risk management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and communication across product teams, breaking down silos and ensuring effective cross-functional execution.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing senior product leaders, empowering them to execute their strategies and build the next generation of product leaders within the company.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership, bridging gaps within the company between different functions and translating ideas into product strategy and development planning.
  • Drive product innovation by proactively engaging with stakeholders to identify and refine product opportunities, leveraging data and research to inform strategic decision-making.

Your-Know-How

  • Demonstrated experience using data analysis to make product decisions.
  • 10+ years of experience leading software product development in an agile environment, with a proven track record of successfully implementing structured processes and driving significant improvements in team efficiency. Demonstrated expertise in both product management and program management leadership roles.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing KPI frameworks and roadmap prioritization processes, and a demonstrated ability to improve cross-team collaboration and break down silos.
  • Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
