About You
This position oversees day-to-day sales and operations for Hire Purchase- Dealer and Retail financing business. Job scopes include collaboration with sales and marketing team to monitor and execute daily sales activities within business SOP, to come out with action plans to achieve sales targets. Meanwhile to provide motivation and coaching to team members to cultivate a strong result-oriented team and sales environment.Your Day-to-Day
-Monitor daily sales activities and implementing necessary action plans to make sure business is on track towards target set.
-Prepare meeting reports and conduct data analysis.
-Work collaboratively with the sales, product development team and all other departments to roll out marketing campaigns.
-Training and Coaching team members to build up strong sales team aligned with integrity and code of conducts.
-To build stable business growth by bringing in quality customers and business partners.
-Talent development and create motivating sales environment.
