About you:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, results-driven and hands-on Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager to drive brand awareness, student enrollment, and strategic partnerships for CARSOME Academy.
This role is critical in positioning the Academy as the leading automotive vocational training institution and training provider, taking charge of all sales and marketing initiatives from conception to execution, and connecting our marketing efforts directly to enrollment success.
Your Day-to-day
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for CARSOME Academy, aligning with business growth objectives.
- Manage the departmental budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximise ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Provide regular reports on performance, market trends, and strategic insights to senior management.
2. Marketing & Brand Development:
- Drive lead generation through targeted offline campaigns aimed at prospective students, parents, schools, and corporate partners.
- Organize and manage recruitment events such as Open Day, Experience Days, school visits, and livestream.
3. Sales & Student Recruitment:
- Lead the entire student recruitment lifecycle, from inquiry to enrollment, to consistently meet and exceed enrollment targets.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using a CRM system.
- Establish and nurture B2B partnerships with corporations, workshops, and other organizations to secure corporate training contracts and student placements.
- Drive B2C sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs to individual students and their families.
- Conduct grassroots activities and guide prospective students through the application and admissions process.
4. Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on KPI, such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Lead Conversion Rate, Student Acquisition Cost (SAC), and enrollment figures.
- Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies
Your-Know-How
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Experience in the education or vocational training sector (TVET) is highly preferred. Experience in the TVET Education industry is a significant advantage.
- Proven success in driving enrollment or lead growth through integrated marketing strategies.
- Proven success in strategic partnership with private and government agencies
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
