About You

We are looking for highly motivated and adaptable Executive, Sales & Marketing (Insurance) to join our dynamic team at Carsome Capital Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient insurance operations, from policy administration to customer engagement and sales support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day

Insurance Policy Administration

  • Process insurance-related transactions accurately and efficiently, including quotations, cover notes, endorsement, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain and update client policy information in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Organize and manage insurance policies meticulously to ensure data completeness and integrity.

Stakeholder Communication & Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and third-party vendors via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service, fostering long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and prepare presentation materials as required.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed departmental sales targets.
  • Perform basic data computation, reporting, and analysis to identify sales trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively contribute ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Assist with additional sales or marketing activities as assigned by management.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay adaptable and open to evolving responsibilities as the team and business continue to grow.
