About You
Carsome Capital is seeking a dynamic and driven Executive, Sales & Marketing to manage and expand our used car dealer portfolio. This role focuses on onboarding new dealer partnerships, driving business growth, and strengthening Carsome Capital’s market presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and possesses strong leadership traits, with experience in sales management being an added advantage.
Your Day-to-Day
- Portfolio & Partnership Management
Manage and grow the used car dealer portfolio under Carsome Capital.
Lead the onboarding process for new dealer partnerships, ensuring a smooth and complete setup.
Maintain strong and clear relationships with existing partners to support ongoing business expansion. - Sales & KPI Delivery
Drive sales performance from newly onboarded partnerships.
Achieve KPIs tied to partner onboarding, portfolio performance, and sales contributions from partnerships.
Support strategic initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and market penetration
- Business Development & Enhancement
Propose ideas and initiatives to further develop and enhance the business model.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, and partnership engagement to deliver positive outcomes. - Communication & Stakeholder Management
Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Provide regular updates, reports, and announcements from the company to respective stakeholders. - Compliance & Cross-Division Flexibility
Adhere to all legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to the division.
Be ready and flexible to rotate within the Insurance Division when required and applicable. - Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
Be a collaborative team player who can get along well with all levels of staff and external parties.
Your Know-How
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales management or related sales roles (advantageous).
- Strong leadership qualities with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment to compliance.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous business improvement.
