About You

As the Executive, Marketing Admin, you will undertake the marketing team’s administrative tasks to support the team on daily task efficiently and part of your main task is on bookkeeping and ensuring all paperwork are organized and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will be competent in work prioritization and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing Leads to support the Regional Marketing Director to upkeep the Marketing budget and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Coordinate with multiple parties within the Marketing team from various pillars to upkeep expenses from quotations to invoices.
  • Coordinate and cross check with Finance team regarding payment request, payment release dates and all other expenses data for reporting purposes.
  • Organizes and archives records and documents.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist team members in achieving departmental goals whenever necessary.

Your Know-How

  • A tertiary qualification in business administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Possess strong and effective communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese is a plus point.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and intermediator accounting principles.
  • Experienced with knowledge of financial management software (Netsuite ERP, etc).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
  • Accuracy and precise in data key-in and management.
  • A short notice / immediate starter is an added advantage.
