About the Role

The Regional Commercial Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing key commercial initiatives across the region. This role oversees sales performance, pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and cross-functional alignment to achieve commercial targets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.

Your Day - To - Day

Commercial Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to shape sales and revenue plans.
  • Lead regional annual budgeting and forecasting for commercial performance.

Sales Management

  • Monitor and improve sales funnel, productivity, and conversion metrics.

Pricing & Revenue Optimization

  • Develop pricing strategies based on market data, competition, and customer insights.
  • Oversee discounting governance and margin optimization across the region.
  • Partner with finance to track profitability and unit economics by segment/product.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, product, finance, and BI teams to support commercial initiatives.
  • Align regional campaigns, product launches, and commercial projects with overall company goals.
  • Oversee execution of pilot projects, experiments, and new business models in the region.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Provide timely, accurate commercial reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Track KPIs such as revenue, margins, traffic funnel and conversions.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategy and improve overall commercial performance.

Your Know - How

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics, statistics or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in commercial, strategy or business management roles.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing regional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
