We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Manager, Dealership Standards & Go-To-Market to elevate CARSOME’s dealership network performance and drive high-impact Go-To-Market strategies. You will ensure consistent execution of dealership SOPs, compliance with brand standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to roll out new campaigns, promotions, and market activations.
Your Day-to-Day
Dealership Standards
- Develop, enforce, and enhance operational SOPs for CARSOME’s dealership network to ensure a standardized, high-quality customer experience.
- Define dealership KPIs and implement regular monitoring tools (e.g., audits, scorecards, dashboards) to evaluate operational compliance and performance.
- Conduct field visits and operational reviews to provide actionable feedback and continuous improvement plans.
- Train and support dealership teams to ensure understanding and execution of brand and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Training, Quality Assurance) to roll out new processes and address operational gaps.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new product launches, campaigns, and market rollouts.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations) to ensure cohesive execution of GTM plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support product positioning, campaign design, and pricing strategy.
- Analyze post-launch performance metrics and optimize strategies for future rollouts.
Your Know-How
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dealership operations, GTM strategy, or channel enablement—ideally within automotive, digital, or retail sectors.
- Solid understanding of dealership environments, SOP development, and performance tracking.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a bias toward execution and ownership.
