About You

The Senior Executive, Digital Marketing, is responsible to strategize, execute and optimize digital marketing efforts for CARSOME Academy Malaysia. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, a passion for driving online engagement and the ability to lead key digital touchpoints that align with the overall marketing strategy and KPIs.

Your Day-to-Day :

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:

● Develop, implement and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation across digital platforms.

● Lead the planning and execution of initiatives across multiple digital touchpoints, including but not limited to website, social media and online advertising.

● Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.

● Work closely with CARSOME’s Performance team on online media planning, managing and optimizing online campaigns.

Social Media Management:

● Oversee social media content planning and execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

● Monitor social media trends, community engagement and analytics to optimize performance and enhance CARSOME Academy’s online presence.

● Manage social media communications, coordinating with the Regional Creative Manager for the development of visually compelling and engaging contents.

Content Creation & Optimization:

● Drive the creation of digital content, including static contents, video contents and other formats to support marketing efforts.

● Able to read and proofread creative copies, both in Bahasa Malaysia and English, ensuring clarity, tone and alignment with brand guidelines.

Analytics & Reporting:

● Utilize digital analytics tools to monitor, measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing touchpoints.

● Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

● Prepare bi-weekly reports on key metrics, KPIs and ROI for digital marketing activities.

Partnerships & Collaboration:

● Collaborate with CARSOME Academy’s internal teams, CARSOME Group and partners to enhance digital marketing efforts.

● Engage in grassroots activations, including collaborations with school counselors, school fairs and seminars, to expand CARSOME Academy’s reach

and build relationships within the education and automotive industry.

Requirements:

● Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.

● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful online campaigns.

● Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and social media platforms. Experience in a CRM platform is a plus.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

● Exceptional command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, with excellent writing and proofreading skills.

● High level of initiative, creativity and strategic thinking.

● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

● A passion for education and experience in the education industry is an advantage.
