Your Day-to-Day

  • To record and maintain the ownership transfer tracking listing
  • To support and perform all the ownership transfer request
  • To perform filtration on the requirement fulfillment before performing ownership transfer and
  • To liaise with external parties on all the required action on JPJ ownership transfer
  • To obtain and safekeeping on all relevant supporting documents of the ownership transfer provided
  • To provide the relevant documents or information as per request from the internal parties.
  • Perform account creation for new joiner business development executive or dealer
  • Monitoring and obtain ownership transfer back to company for all return and rejected unit
  • Assist on any ad-hoc project if needed and provide solutions to the related parties if facing any issue under ownership transfer related matters.

Your Know-How

  • Minimum of 1 years in Administration related experience, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous in paperwork
  • Great attitude and willing to learn
  • Pleasant personality
