About You

We are seeking an experienced TikTok E-Commerce Lead to oversee and scale our nationwide live commerce operations. This role is perfect for someone who can manage teams, optimize workflows, and ensure the highest performance across regions.

Your-day-to-day

  • Responsible for live streaming channel overall performance including sales KPI, channel effectiveness and operations efficiency.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end TikTok live streaming operations across Malaysia.
  • Coordinate with the commercial team on product planning for live streaming sales strategy.
  • Design and implement the team structure, including Live Operations Managers and Hosts.
  • Collaborate closely with Live Operations Managers to monitor regional performance and optimize processes & conversion.
  • Collaborate with hosts on scriptwriting, product briefings, and content planning
  • Process operational insights and data from Ops Managers to continuously improve live streaming strategies.
  • Set nationwide KPIs and targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and best practices for live stream planning, execution, and content optimization.
  • Represent the live commerce function internally and liaise with TikTok or other platform stakeholders.

Your-Know-How

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, live streaming, or digital marketing, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok/Douyin e-commerce ecosystem and short-form content strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing KPIs, metrics, and GMV.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to manage nationwide teams and multiple regional operations effectively.
