Your Day-to-Day
- Loan Processing and Management:
- Assist Retail Experience Center in completing loan applications for vehicle purchases.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure hire purchase loans.
- Evaluate and compare loan offers to provide customers with the best financing options.
- Manage loan documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Monitor loan approval and disbursement processes
- Insurance Coordination:
- Assist Retail Experience Center with information about car motor insurance options.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to arrange policies that meet customer needs.
- Ensure all insurance documentation is accurately completed and processed.
- Assist Retail Experience Center to handle renewals, amendments, and cancellations of insurance policies.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all Retail Experience Center compliance with all regulatory requirements related to auto financing and insurance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments to minimize potential financial losses.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of all loan and insurance transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on loan and insurance activities.
- Manage databases and update customer information as needed.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends in automotive financing and insurance.
- Analyze competitors’ financing and insurance offerings to ensure competitive advantage.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial services.
- Conduct MOM meeting cadence with FIs
You Know-How
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in automotive financing, banking, or insurance.
- Strong knowledge of hire purchase loans and car motor insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in finance or insurance-related fields.
- Experience working in an automotive dealership environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in automotive finance and insurance.
