Your Day-to-Day
1. Pricing Performance & Analysis
- Conduct deep dives into loss-making transactions, C2B2C purchase challenges, and B2C returns to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze conversion trends and pricing efficiency to recommend corrective actions.
- Develop, monitor and report on margin performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
2. Pricing Governance & Compliance
- Propose pricing decisions frameworks and due diligence requirements.
- Support governance controls to maintain consistency, transparency, and reasonableness of offers.
- Develop daily pricing dashboards, monitor compliance across teams, escalating exceptions where necessary.
3. Strategy & Business Impact
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to improve conversions and profitability across targeted categories.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Projects, Product, Sales) to streamline processes, tools, and pricing execution.
- Run end-to-end adhoc strategic projects with cross functional-teams to deliver results.
Your Know-How
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management or any related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in a related industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
- High problem-solving, analytical skills and able to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges.
- Detailed oriented, organised, and confidence working with complex data and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, able to prioritise tasks given, and good time management skill to cope with requests/queries across different business units.
- Proactive, self starter, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
