About You

The position will report to the Head of Group PMO (Commercial), working closely with internal teams (Wholesale and Retail teams) as well as other stakeholders within the company. As a PMO Intern, you will be expected to be hands-on to conduct various analysis, perform root cause investigations and develop solutions for process and performance related issues. Depending on your readiness, you might also be assigned to manage projects on your own (with the guidance and supervision of a supervisor).

Your Day-to-Day

  • Perform analysis to identify performance trends and insights
  • Conduct root cause investigations to identify root cause for performance gap, rooms for improvement, underlying business risk or bottlenecks that business team are/will be facing
  • Work together with various stakeholders to develop solutions/ improvement plans for process and/or performance related issues
  • Work together with various stakeholders to implement new process/ process changes
  • Work together with product team to develop product (website, Apps etc.) enhancement to meet business needs
  • Track project progress; identify, report and resolve issues and risks in order to launch initiatives on-time and smoothly
  • Prepare presentation materials which are pitched at the right level for its audience (e.g. operations staff vs. management)

Your Know-How

  • Major in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain qualification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability of excelling in fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environments, work under high pressure
  • Strong numeric and analytical ability
  • Skill in advanced Excel (data modelling, visualization) is a strong plus
