About You

The Marketing Planner will be responsible for managing and overseeing all marketing campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives are executed flawlessly and align with our strategic goals. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to work effectively across various teams. You will be a key player in ensuring the success of our marketing strategies by working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to drive results.

Your-Day-to-Day

  • Campaign Management: Lead, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social, etc.), ensuring they are on-brand, within budget, and delivered on time.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, creative, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the creation of the marketing budget, track expenditures, and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated costs.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and propose improvements to drive better results and ROI.
  • Project Management: Ensure all marketing projects are well-managed, timely, and meet the company’s objectives and standards.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring our campaigns remain relevant and innovative.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed of campaign progress, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring smooth communication at every stage.

Your-Know-How

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a campaign management or planning role.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring campaign performance.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and ability to problem-solve.
  • Knowledge in marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems, Tableau etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in digital marketing and understanding of various channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc. is an advantage.
