CARSOME is on the lookout for a dedicated People Support Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing systems, ensuring clean and accurate data, and providing valuable insights to drive effective hiring decisions. Your Day-to-Day!

Data Management

  • Regularly update and maintain the database of hiring requests to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Automate people-related data transfers from one source to another.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation and transformation for hiring reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Ensure data consistency across all records within the Talent Acquisition team.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Develop and deliver both ad-hoc and routine reports (e.g. performance or KPI reports).
  • Analyse the trends and patterns to support data driven decision-making for hiring processes.
  • Automate, manage and maintain dashboards or reports required by various stakeholders.
  • Develop custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, and reports.

System Management and Administration

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and administration of the Jira Management System.
  • Communicate with the stakeholders to understand the requirements of the hiring.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted for the hiring requests.
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition team regarding hiring requests.

Process Improvements

  • Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows in ATS and TMS systems (Breezy and Jira).
  • Proactively identify and recommend areas for improvement in system operations or process workflow
  • Accountable for resolving unexpected back-end errors related to dashboards and automation.

User Support

  • Provide support to People and Culture staff and employees on Talent Management related queries.
  • Collaborate with other relevant departments to troubleshoot systems’ problems.
  • Assist in gathering necessary documentation and conducting reference checks as needed.

You Know-How!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis or a related data-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages or SQL is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with the back-end of ATS and TMS is an added value.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with various business stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work and learn independently.
