Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly Group consolidation and associated workings and schedules.

You Day-to-Day

  • Rollover of group reporting templates and working files.
  • Hands-on preparation of consolidated workings/schedules as assigned to support Carsome Group’s monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to management and other stakeholders.
  • Monthly monitoring and reconciliation of intercompany variances.
  • Assist in preparation of Board presentation materials and other deliverables for Carsome Group’s quarterly result.
  • Assist in preparation of annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
  • Liaise with group subsidiaries regularly to obtain inputs required for Group consolidation.
  • Assist in monthly tracking of submission by group subsidiaries.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

You Know-How

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, CPA, ACCA or relevant qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in commercial and consolidation.
  • Possess good fundamental skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. At minimum, building formulas/tables/charts/graph, data linking and data formatting.
  • Good understanding of accounting standards.
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Deadline oriented, meticulous and have a keen attention on details.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and under tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
