About the Role

You will be a senior member of the Integration Strategy team & CARSOME’s new data & AI platform, reporting directly to the Head of M&A & Ecosystem Strategy. This role is mission-critical to scaling our data & AI platform, and unlocking group-wide synergy value across Carsome, iCar, and WapCar.

You will drive:

  • Commercial Strategy & B2B monetization both externally and with our dealer ecosystem
  • Product strategy execution with cross-functional alignment
  • Strategic partnerships for data + commercial expansion
  • Group integration and synergy initiatives linked to OKRs and growth

You will shape how our data & AI platform delivers value to BFSI, OEMs, insurers, mobility partners, and our internal dealer ecosystem, leveraging data, AI, and insights to solve high-impact problems.

This role requires strategic thinking, customer obsession, commercial execution, and product fluency.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Drive commercial strategy and monetization models for the data & AI platform, including full ownership of account engagement and revenue delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data & Tech to define customer-backward product requirements and build feasible product roadmaps.
  • Identify, negotiate & execute strategic partnerships — including data licensing and commercial solutions — to unlock high-growth channels in BFSI and automotive ecosystems
  • Lead synergy initiatives across Carsome Group (Carsome, iCar, WapCar) ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely milestone execution
  • Conduct detailed strategic analyses: market sizing, competitive intelligence, commercial underwriting, scenario planning
  • Maintain strategic dashboards and scorecards to track execution, KPIs and business performance
  • Build impactful strategy docs, business cases, and exec-level storytelling to support senior leadership decisions

What Know-How

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field; MBA a plus
  • 4–6+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or product-led growth environments
  • Experience in B2B commercial execution and/or tech sector account management
  • Strong product + data acumen — comfortable with analytics platforms and data-driven business models & AI skills including vibe coding.
  • Demonstrated leadership driving alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical excellence with fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI & AI tools
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, bias for action
