We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and internal teams. This role focuses on understanding business needs, improving processes, and supporting decision-making through insights and clear documentation
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and recommendations
Support project initiatives by defining scope, timelines, and success metrics
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to support business decisions
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are well understood and delivered
Track project progress and follow up on action items and deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and structured documentation
Comfortable working with data, reports, and business metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
Experience in process improvement or project support is a plus
