About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and internal teams. This role focuses on understanding business needs, improving processes, and supporting decision-making through insights and clear documentation

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes

  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and recommendations

  • Support project initiatives by defining scope, timelines, and success metrics

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to support business decisions

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are well understood and delivered

  • Track project progress and follow up on action items and deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and structured documentation

  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and business metrics

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

  • Experience in process improvement or project support is a plus
