Join our vibrant People Analyst (PA) team as an Intern and embark on a thrilling journey. We lookout specifically in managing employee records, handling claims, and assisting with HR projects. You will play a key role in supporting our People & Culture team in various administrative and operational functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. You will have the chance to contribute to our HR operations while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Assisting the Leave Management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date leave records for employees.
  • Helping process and track leave applications, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assisting Claim Management and processing employee claims, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement and helping to review and verify supporting documents for claims.
  • Helping to prepare and generate claim reports for payroll team review.
  • Supporting and assisting the HR team in executing various HR projects, including dashboard development and process improvement initiatives.

You Know-How

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry especially excel and spreadsheet.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
