CARSOME is looking for a dynamic and strategic individual to join us as the Lead of Retail Excellence and GTM. This role provides you a golden opportunity to shape the Retail standards for CARSOME as we continue to strengthen our brand presence and service level in the market. In this role, you will be the bridge between product and sales team in developing high impact sales and go-to-market strategy, foster strategic partnerships to strengthen the ecosystem and set operating standards for our Retail Business.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen and be able to develop product strategy and translate it into executable go-to-market plans. In addition, this candidate must demonstrate strong desire to set and run the retail business like a successful franchise.
Your Day-to-Day
Sales & Go-to-Market Strategy:
● Develop, plan, and work with stakeholders to execute commercial and sales campaigns to achieve top and bottom line growth for CARSOME B2C business
● Monitor and work with Marketing to optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and analytics.
● Work with Sales team to define and implement effective GTM strategies for new product launches, promotions, and
market expansions.
● Identify target audiences and create strategic positioning for CARSOME's product offerings.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless
execution of GTM plans.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
● Build strategic partnerships and incorporate it into overall go-to-market strategies. I.e corporate partnerships, ancillary products, after sales, financial institutions.
Retail Excellence:
● Set the dealership/franchise standards and ensure execution excellence across all retail channels
● Develop clear sales journey for sales team and ensuring that retails communications across all touchpoints are aligned with the CARSOME’s product strategy and customer journey
● Work with stakeholders to ensure CARSOME is the #1 brand in service level in the automotive industry
Your Know-How
● Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
● 8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & GTM strategy/Business Development/Leading Franchise Sales Operations preferably in the automotive, digital, or e-commerce industries.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Strong business acumen and number driven
● Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
● Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
● Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
