About You

We’re hiring a Product Manager for Carsome Capital, our financial services arm. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling lending-related products that support our customers' car ownership journey. If you have a solid background in fintech, lending, or mobility, and can work cross-functionally to balance user experience, compliance, and business goals — we’d love to hear from you. This role will be reporting to the General Manager of Carsome Capital.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Carsome Capital’s lending products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end product development cycles, including writing detailed product specifications, managing backlogs, and conducting sprint planning sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and external partners (e.g., banks, insurers) to deliver seamless, compliant product experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs, market insights, and user feedback to guide continuous improvement.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of credit value chains, including loan origination, credit scoring, and EMI structuring, to build effective financial products.
  • Oversee digital onboarding journeys, ensuring robust KYC processes and smooth partner integrations.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma to manage product development efficiently.
  • Stay current with fintech trends such as embedded finance and API banking, and translate insights into strategic product decisions.
  • Balance user experience with compliance and risk considerations in a regulated financial environment.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment across technical and business teams.

Your Know-How

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience working on fintech or mobility products is strongly preferred.
  • Prior ownership of a product roadmap in a digital lending, insurance, or financial platform.
  • Proven track record of launching user-facing financial services in a regulated environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, and compliance teams.
